Overview:
The Koran Angelfish, also known as the Semicircle or Halfcircled Angelfish, is a bold and visually striking species popular for its dramatic transformation from juvenile to adult. Juveniles feature a deep black body with bright white and blue semicircular stripes, while adults display a gradient of yellow-green tones with iridescent blue speckling and sapphire-blue outlines on their fins and facial markings. Due to their tendency to nip at corals and invertebrates, they are best suited for fish-only systems with plenty of live rock for grazing and hiding.
