Warranty applies only to the original purchaser. Products must not show signs of misuse, alteration, or unauthorized repair. Defects must be reported within 10 days of discovery. CoralVue must be allowed the first opportunity for repair or replacement. Liability does not extend to incidental or consequential damages.
