This warranty applies to the original purchaser only and covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. CoralVue must be notified within 10 days of any defect. The warranty becomes void if the product is misused, altered, or serviced by an unauthorized party. CoralVue will not cover costs related to removal, reinstallation, or shipping.

If your order is already in transit, you’ll need to request a return once it arrives. Keep in mind that some items, like aquariums and livestock, can’t be returned.
