Warranty is valid for the original purchaser only and covers defects under normal use. CoralVue must be notified in writing within 10 days of discovering a defect. Warranty does not cover misuse, modification, or incidental damage. CoralVue may choose to repair or replace defective parts at its discretion.

If your order is already in transit, you’ll need to request a return once it arrives. Keep in mind that some items, like aquariums and livestock, can’t be returned.
